The political scene in West Bengal has been filled with speculations about Mahua Moitra joining the BJP.

But, the Trinamool Congress MP denied the rumors.

She stated that any political pressure cannot make her join the BJP.

Moreover, Mahua Moitra stated that she will never change her party.

Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of the state, is responsible for making her a politician.

She acknowledged that without Mamata Banerjee, she could not fight elections alone with the help of the TMC symbol.

Thus, Mahua described those leaders changing parties as opportunistic.

Mahua Moitra is known as the ‘Odisha Daughter-in-law’ in the state of Odisha.

This tag is due to her marriage to ex-MP Pinaki Misra.

As a result of which, her political comments receive importance both in Odisha and West Bengal.

At the same time, there are also some issues prevailing in the Trinamool Congress party.

Various reports have been written on the differences and defection in the party.

Moreover, Mahua Moitra also accused the BJP of targeting the regional parties using agencies like ED, CBI, and NIA.

She contended that certain politicians changed sides as a result of pressure or their own vested interest.

But she assured that she would keep on fighting against such tactics of politics.

She claimed further that nobody could ever undermine the values of the Trinamool Congress party.

In the recent past, some people threw eggs and vegetables at Mahua when she visited Nadia.

After the incident, she posted a video on social media.

She blamed BJP workers for the attack.

She was also critical about the role of the police.

After the whole incident, Mahua rejected the news about joining the BJP as false.

Lastly, she affirmed that political pressure and rumors will never shake her.
