FIR lists several political and Bollywood figures for further investigation
Disha Salian case
A FIR has been filed by CBI in the death of Disha Salian.
This FIR has included the names of former Maharashtra Chief Minister, Uddhav Thackeray.
The name of Aaditya Thackeray has also been included for investigation.
Name of Param Bir Singh, who was formerly Commissioner of Mumbai police is also there.
Anil Deshmukh, who was formerly Maharashtra’s Home Minister is also included.
However, no accusation against the above-named has been mentioned.
Names of several Bollywood celebrities have been mentioned in the FIR as well.
Dino Morea, Sooraj Pancholi, and Rhea Chakraborty are the names that have been included.
Several claims about alleged conspiracy would be investigated.
Evidence destruction and record tampering would also be checked.
The FIR suggests that investigators would investigate official records.
It would be investigated whether someone tried to destroy the relevant documents.
Manipulation of government documents would also be checked.
Salian worked as the manager of Sushant Singh Rajput.
She died shortly before Rajput’s death in the year 2020.
There have been many allegations made against her death.
FIR has accused many policemen and other officials.
It has also named forensic laboratory officials as well as medical personnel.
Investigation would be carried out on their involvement in the case.
CBI may reveal more information about the case.
But the allegations made in the FIR does not prove guilt.
