Sunil Singh meets Akhilesh Yadav over alliance and seat sharing

President of Lok Dal Sunil Singh Chaudhary met Akhilesh Yadav.
They held discussions about 2027 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh.
Both the parties talked about the alliance and seat share.
Lok Dal demands 35 seats from alliance.
According to Sunil Singh, Akhilesh assured Lok Dal respect.
Also, he stated that discussion regarding seat share will go on.
Lok Dal hopes that Akhilesh Yadav will become chief minister.
They will cooperate with the other parties in opposition.
Sunil Singh emphasized the matters of the farmers and villages.
He also talked about poverty, young people and joblessness.
According to him, these issues must not be forgotten in elections.
He said Congress, SP and Lok Dal are INDIA partners.
Lok Dal and RLD on Opposite Sides of Politics
This has become a matter of interest in western Uttar Pradesh.
The RLD headed by Jayant Chaudhary is associated with the BJP.
On the other hand, Lok Dal is holding discussions with the SP.
Sunil Singh too has attacked the politics of RLD.
He said Lok Dal is an heir to the politics of Chaudhary Charan Singh.
This is an indicator of Sunil Singh’s politics.
Furthermore, he talked about the farmers and farmers’ movement.
According to him, farmers are dissatisfied with the politics of Jayant Chaudhary.
The RLD has already been critical of Akhilesh’s “chavanni” remark.
Lok Dal Demands 35 Constituencies
Lok Dal demands that it be given 35 assembly constituencies.
But there is no official announcement of seat-sharing yet.
There are further negotiations going on between the coalition parties.
