400 Canteens to Provide Affordable Meals

The state government is going to start this service in 400 canteens. The people in charge say this plan is to help families who do not have a lot of money workers who get paid every day old people and people who need help. So people in cities and villages can get meals that they can afford.
The government also wants to set up canteens all over the state. These places will serve meals for very low prices. The people in charge think this plan can help make sure everyone has food to eat and reduce hunger among people who do not have a lot of money.
At the time the Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari also talked about people from Bangladesh who are in West Bengal illegally. He said the police will take action against them according to the law. He also said the government will try to send them to their country as quickly as possible.
This announcement has started a discussion in West Bengal politics. Some time ago some leaders from the Trinamool Congress said that if the BJP was, in power they would not let people eat fish, meat and eggs.. The BJP leaders said this was not true.
