The historic temple pond at Sri Prasanna Venkateswar Swamy Temple in Nellor district has been rejuvenated and restored on this occasion of annual brahmotsavams festivities on Sunday.
Nellore MP Mr. Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy and his wife and Kovur TDP MLA spent Rs. 2.5 cr for rejuvenation of this temple pond. This can be used for religious purposes before the temple pond is thrown open to devotees.
The rejuvenation work of this temple pond has been taken up from Aug 10 last year and completed this year. MP shows his happiness on this occasion.
