Delhi Police arrest four suspects linked to an ISI-backed terror conspiracy.

Delhi Police Special Cell arrested four persons in an interstate operation against terrorists.
The operation was monitored by ACP Vivek Kumar Tyagi.
Inspectors Satish Rana and Ashok were leading the probe.
According to the police, the four operated on the instruction of their ISI mastermind Shahzad Bhatti.
The accused were planning a terrorist act in Delhi.
The accused had taken up foreign numbers to hide themselves from law enforcers.
The Pakistani handlers reportedly gave those communication numbers.
The police filed a criminal case against all four suspects.
It is revealed that all four accused hail from Punjab.
The accused include Shubhdeep Singh alias Vishal, Gurjant Singh alias Rishi, Sajan Singh alias Honey, and Gaganpreet.
One Zigana pistol was recovered by the authorities.
The police seized one .30 bore pistol.
Moreover, nine live cartridges were recovered.
Five mobile phones were seized during the operation.
At the same time, the Special Cell got reliable information about a conspiracy backed by the ISI.
The investigators believed that the Pakistani handlers were planning attacks in Delhi-NCR.
Also, the recruitment of youth from Punjab was suspected by the investigators.
Consequently, raids were conducted in Delhi and Punjab.
Police initially arrested Shubhdeep Singh in Amritsar.
The semi-automatic pistol was seized from him.
Police also seized five live cartridges.
Two mobile phones were recovered by police.
Shubhdeep confessed his communication with the handlers in Pakistan, according to police.
He collected weapons and drugs using drones.
Afterwards, police arrested Gurjant Singh and Sajan Singh in Punjab.
Zigana pistol was recovered by authorities.
Four live cartridges were also seized by police.
Two more mobile phones were recovered by investigators.
Thereafter, police arrested Gaganpreet in Delhi on June 24.
A mobile phone containing important evidence was seized by police.
It was said by investigators that Pakistani handlers assigned him surveillance jobs.
He allegedly surveyed religious sites and police stations in Delhi.
Also, he planned firing incidents, according to police.
Shubhdeep Singh is from Tarn Taran, Punjab.
His village is situated approximately three kilometers away from the Pakistan border.
They stated that he received weapons and drugs through drones.
It was alleged that he communicated via foreign phone numbers.
Punjab Police had previously arrested him in NDPS case.
Gurjant Singh is from Tarn Taran too.
Police alleged that he kept in touch with ISI handlers.
Investigators alleged that he received weapons and drugs with his cousin Sajan Singh.
Sajan Singh is from Amritsar.
Police alleged that he too used foreign phone numbers for communication.
Punjab Police had previously arrested him in NDPS case.
Gaganpreet belongs to Fatehgarh Sahib district.
Investigators alleged that he contacted Pakistani handlers on social media.
They stated that he filmed police stations and pickets.
They alleged that he made plans for future attacks under handlers’ instructions.
