Exam centre row triggers fresh controversy

Mr. Rahul Gandhi commented on National Testing Agency regarding a NEET examination centre issue.
He had issues with a student from Nagpur.
According to him, the student discovered that Abu Dhabi is his designated examination centre.
Mr. Rahul stated that the student prepared himself for the test for one month.
Moreover, Mr. Rahul said that the student does not have a passport and means of traveling.
Mr. Rahul criticized the NTA regarding its examination management.
He appealed to the NTA not to let students’ futures be spoiled by administrative errors.
Students must not bear any consequences of any mistakes.

Initially, NTA promised that the mistake will be corrected.
NTA announced that a new admit card with a centre in Nagpur will be sent to the candidate.
However, soon the NTA provided additional clarification.
According to the NTA, the candidate chose Abu Dhabi as the first priority and Dubai as the second one.
Now the discussion shifted to the application process.
