Highlights Prajamandal Movement, Baji Rout’s bravery, and marks 90 years of Odisha’s formation in District-Level Odisha Day Celebration
The Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida attended the district-level Odisha Day celebration held yesterday at the Art and Craft Centre in Dhenkanal. She said that the soil of this land still speaks of the Prajamandal movement and the bravery of Baji Rout. On the occasion of Odisha Day, she recalled the prestigious history of Dhenkanal and the entire state and highlighted the celebration of 90 years of the formation of a separate Odisha province.
On this occasion, Hindol MLA Seemarani Nayak, Parjang MLA Bibhuti Bhushan Pradhan, Kamakshyanagar MLA Shatrughna Jena, Dhenkanal Municipality Chairperson Jayanti Patra, District Collector Ashish Ishwar Patel, and Superintendent of Police Abhinav Sonkar were present.
